Gail Shulski

As a life long resident of Bucks County and an agent in the #1 company in the United State, Keller Williams, I’ve spent more than 15 years consulting with people in and around my community and helping them obtain their Real Estate goals. I’m experienced in Seller and Buyer representation, focusing on Lower Bucks and the surrounding counties.  I specialize in short sales and pre-foreclosures, helping homeowners to find the option that’s best for them.  I’ve had the good fortune of partnering with helping the hundreds of homeowners and I take pride in having helped them.  Prior to working in the Real Estate industry, I taught and prepared taxes for more than 10 years.  I’ve been truly blessed in my career choices and I enjoy the opportunity to give back to my community.

Jim Luttrell

Let's be honest, just the thought of selling, buying, or investing in a home can seem a daunting, somewhat complicated and time consuming experience. Throughout his career Jim has had to move several times and has lived in several counties throughout Pennsylvania. This experience allowed him to gain great knowledge of our region. As a Keller Williams Realtor, he has access to the most up to date internet marketing tools, real estate trends, range of homes, as well as a large, buyer network. Jim aspires to help navigate his clients through the real estate process with less stress and insure they have a successful and fun experience.

He spent 25 years in Senior Management positions with several fortune 500 companies in International Sales within the Chemical Industry. Raised his family in Bucks County and both daughters are graduates of Penn State.

Jeff has had the opportunity during the past 15 years to manage hundreds of real estate transactions in today’s challenging real estate environment. He takes great pride in continuing his Real Estate education with the achievement of numerous Real Estate designations and certifications to “keep current” in today’s market place. The one constant in his career has been superior service and follow up for every customer and client.
